2. Hosting

Our website is hosted by our hosting provider. When you access our website, server log files are automatically stored, which contain, among other things: the IP address of the requesting device (shortened/anonymised), date and time of access, name and URL of the file retrieved, the website from which access is made, and the browser used and, where applicable, the operating system. For security reasons (e.g. to investigate cases of misuse), this data is stored for a limited period and then deleted. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

3. Local storage (language selection)

To provide the language and country selection, we store your choice in your browser (local storage) on a technically necessary basis, so that you are not redirected or asked again on a return visit. This is technically necessary, functional data; no tracking takes place and no data is passed on to third parties. You can delete this data at any time via your browser settings.

4. Fonts

This website uses the "Montserrat" font, which is stored locally on our server. No connection is made to third-party servers (e.g. Google).

5. Newsletter / launch notification

If you sign up for the launch notification, we process your e-mail address solely to inform you about the market launch of our products. Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time, for example via the unsubscribe link in each message or by e-mailing us. As long as the sign-up function is not yet technically connected, no data is transmitted or stored via the form.

If you contact us by e-mail, phone or fax, the personal data you provide (e.g. name, e-mail address, phone number) will be processed solely to handle your request and will not be passed on without your consent.

Our website contains a link to the membership verification of Händlerbund e.V. When you click this link, you are redirected to an external website, for whose data processing the respective provider is responsible.

Your data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract), Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and user-friendly provision of our website) and – for the launch notification – Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent).
